General Information
Arriving at Mint
If this is your 1st visit to Mint Apartments, upon your arrival we will meet you at your apartment and show you round. Alternatively, if you prefer, or if you're arriving late, use our secure and easy Self Check-In system, allowing you a hassle free entry to your apartment 24hrs a day. We'd like to meet you, but the choice is entirely yours. Full details will be provided with your confirmation.
Check in and check out times
Check in time on day of arrival is from 2pm.
Check out is 11am on day of departure.
Earlier check in times and later check out times may be available subject to prior
request and availability.
Express Check Out
Just lock your apartment door and drop the keys back in the apartment letterbox. We will take payment from your designated credit card and either email you the invoice, or drop it off to you the night before - nothing could be simpler.
Payment
Upon reservation we will take your credit card details as confirmation of your stay. This card must be valid until the end of your stay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB or American Express (5% Supplement applies) credit cards. Maestro and Switch can also be utilized but full payment must be made in advance for using these unless security is provided for by a credit card.
Short term reservations will be invoiced on departure. Extended stays of over two weeks will be invoiced on a two-week basis unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that on occasions, things don't quite work out as planned and bookings have to be cancelled or reorganised. All bookings must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the 2pm check in time of your arrival date, otherwise a one-night charge at the confirmed rate will be levied to your credit card and the remaining booking cancelled unless notification is provided. A 'no-show' on the scheduled arrival date will also incur the same charges as detailed for cancellations within 24 hours.
